Description of Terrain:Dashihkeng comes from the rear mountain of Dongjhuang Tribe, a branch of Linnei Mountain, passes by Linnei Building and converges to Bukeng River. There is a legend about this place, which goes like this: This pit was an auspicious cave for the great stone tortoise and few mosquitoes and bugs were nearby. However, the great stone tortoise was used as building material and the geomantic omen was ruined. |
Description of Geology:The alluvial soil comprises grit and clay and color changes from dark gray, olive gray to brownish black. The soil has a high viscosity, is free of contamination and rich in organic matters like nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium silicate, which are suitable and necessary for crops. |
