| Description of Terrain：Cingshuei River originates from the western foot of Mt. Ali and extends to Caoling of Gukeng Township on the west. After a 90-degree turn, the river flows by Jhushan Township of Nantou County, converges on Dinglin River, Tianzih River and Guosizih River, flows into Linnei Township of Yunlin County and meets Jhuoshuei River at Chukou. A splendid sight is presented as clear and muddy water comes together. |
| Description of Geology：The alluvial soil comprises grit and clay and color changes from dark gray, olive gray to brownish black. The soil has a high viscosity, is free of contamination and rich in organic matters like nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium silicate, which are suitable and necessary for crops. |
