| Description of Terrain：Dongjia Mountains are the mountains through Mujiliuo to Linmao. The scenery is beautiful along the road and abounds in Machushan. Every time when bamboo shoots produce more, the farmers pass through the mountains to pick them up and make them as dried bamboo shoots. There are more than hundred goats in the mountains. The boundary of Dongjia Mountains and Fanzailiuo is Monkey cave. There are forests and hundreds of Formosan monkey around. Therefore, the farmers nearby don’t grow fruit trees up and change to cultivate tea trees and bamboos. |
| Description of Geology：The old alluvial deposits have been weathering for such a long time that the soils become extremely acid with an excellent drainage property. There are reddish brown and yellowish red soils mixed with gravels or rocks. |
