During the Cing Kangxi years, a man from Fujian Province Jhangpu, Cai, Lin (the ancestor of Cais in Jioucyonglin) brought a token of “Shen-nong Ruler” with him to Taiwan and he stayed here to begin his life. On the basis of eminent power of Shen-nong Ruler, the residents constructed a simple temple and called a Danian Temple to worship Shen-nong Ruler. At that time, it could be great power and efficacious. Now the temple is huge and great. It is the great and the first temple in Linnei. Moreover, it is the worship center here. The ceremony is great and solemn. |
Ceremony:On that day, Jhenan Temple Shennong Ruler leaded the believers of whole village to go around. In the afternoon, they went back the front of Jhenan Temple to proceed the ceremony of Zou-wang.
