| Description：In his school times, there was Lei, Jhen’s Freedom in Republic of China Magazine in his home. Jhang, Bang-Yan was curios about this and studied with his father. He tuned the radio and listened to prohibited Japan or Mainland China Channel. One county government employee Lin, Guang-Yong and him visit Lin, Guo-Huang (incumbent county councilor Lin, Sheng-Syong’s brother) in Hukou armored troops and inquired him the living situation of Taiwan soldiers. Jhang, Bang-Yan was arrested during the military service, then sent to peace protection division and exact confession by means of torture. He was sentenced for 7 years. During 520 peasant campaign, he participated and worked very hard. Almost all the preparation work was done by him, for example, arranging cars, people, drivers and deliver the vegetables sent by the peasant and so on. |
